Most of these effects are binaural recordings. They were recorded with two tiny omni microphones placed directly behind my ears. Essentially the microphones hear what I hear. So if you listen to these recordings with headphones you'll hear an extreme 3 D example of the recorded sound source. For best results you should really listen to the MP3 files or purchase a CD.
